Description A fibrous insulation plaster with good adhesive properties. Suitable for use indoors and outdoors and does not pose a health risk since it is asbestos free and contains no hazardous materials. The workability enables a smooth, weather-resistant finish which can be painted after the plaster has dried.
Purpose To create an insulating layer around boilers.

Applications The product can be sprayed, trowelled or applied by hand in special circumstances. The plaster can be applied over fibre insulation or other plaster, provided the substrata has been covered with wire mesh.

Site Work Storage Can be stored in a dry shed off the floor on wooden slats for 6 months.
Weather Do not apply to exteriors if rain is expected or if there is a risk of frost.
Application Spraying : Add dry plaster to 50 - 60% by mass clean water and mix thoroughly. Spray the plaster onto the surface using a Putzmeister or Speidel type pump. Do not build the plaster too thick in a single pass. A thickness of 6mm per pass is recommended. If more than one coat is to be sprayed, scratch to roughen each coat and allow to dry before applying the next. Plastering : Add dry plaster to 50 - 60% by mass clean water and mix thoroughly. Adjust the mix to the desired consistency by varying the water. Apply one or two coats of between 5 to 8 mm thick each. Scratch or roughen the first coat after application. Allow to dry before applying the second coat.
Coverage 1m2/40kg when applied 20mm thick.
Packaging Available as a dry mix in 40 kg plastic bags.
