Matcrete
| An enhanced fibre-cement blend to be mixed with a solution of Flexbond, for the saturation and impregnation of CemForce and CemLam forming a reinforced, vapour-proof product of about 4 to 8 mm in thickness. (CemForce: An open textured reinforced 4x4mm mesh fabric, made of polypropylene strands and fibres. Designed for use with cement and has matrices. Is totally inert to the alkalinity of cement matrix and interact and mechanically bond.) |

Permastop
| A cement-based mixture containing chemicals which combine with the water in cement and migrate into the concrete or cement plaster thereby effectively waterproofing the structure against hydrostatic pressure. For slurry coatings and plugging holes. For solving most types of waterproofing problems in below-ground and water-containing structures. Can be used in conjunction with Cemcrete's Accelerator for sealing gushing leaks. |

roofseal
| Cemcrete's RoofSeal Acrylic system embraces a primer/bonding coat, an impregnating RoofSeal coat, a very tough spun bonded polyester membrane, a second impregnating RoofSeal coat and, when all work is dry, a final RoofSeal coat. RoofSeal is easy to apply, extremely durable and ultraviolet light resistant. Being waterproof, but not vapour proof, it allows slightly damp concrete to dry out. |

Thermoplastic Coating
| A tough, thermoplastic, waterproof coating with fine texture. Contains Mica and Silica for maximum film protection against UV light and water abrasion. Supplied ready to use. |

Adhesives and Grouts
Base Coat
| Base Coat is a special mixture of adhesives, fillers and plasticisers for mixing with ordinary Portland cement to obtain a controlled mixture for repair of concrete and masonry, attaching and subsequent surfacing of polystyrene insulation boards prior to painting or finishing. |

Tile Grout
| A cement-based, waterproof tile grout for grouting between ceramic tiles after the adhesive has set. Plastic, cohesive and easy to apply. Hard in 24 hours. Supplied in powder form for mixing with water. |

Tile Adhesive
| A grey cement-based top quality tile adhesive for fixing ceramic tiles and mosaics. It is supplied in powder form for mixing with clean water on site. White tile adhesive is available for porcelain tiles. |

Flexigrip Tile Adhesive
| A top quality tile adhesive for fixing ceramic tiles and mosaics. It is supplied in paste form and is suitable for interior use only. |

Membranes
CemForce
| CemForce is an open- textured reinforcing 4x4mm mesh mesh fabric, made of polypropylene strands and fibres. Designed for use with cement matrices, it is totaly inert to the alkilinity of cement and has an extended fibrous interface area with which the cement matirx can interact and mechanically bond. The Cemcrete mixes are specifically formulated to form part of the Cemforce, similar to fibreglass resin. |

CemLam
| CemLam is a lightly woven polypropylene tape with a 4x4mm mesh fabric made of polypropylene strands and fibres, laminated by hot extrusion to form a tough, waterproof substrate. It is resistent to the alkilinity of cement and offers extended fibrous interface on the strands with which the cement matrix can mechanically bond. The cement matrix is specially formulated to form part of the CemLam to act like fibreglass and resin. |

Glass Fibre Mesh
| Glass Fibre Mesh is a treated 4x4mm glass-fibre mesh used exclusivly with Base Coat onto polystyrene surfaces as part of Exterior Insulation Finishing Systems (EIFS). It is alkaline resistant and improves impact resistance and firmness in cojunction with skim plasters. |

Polyester Membrane
| A tightly woven membrane used exclusivly in conjunction with the RoofSeal system. Not suitable for cement matrices. |

Polypropylene Membrane
| A geotextile which has a random arrngement of fibres ensuring uniform strength and felxibility in all directions. Its alkali resistant propertier enable it to be used in conjunction with Portland cement-based slurries in nwater containing structures to seal over cracks and joints. Used in conjunction with MatCrete to waterproof parapet walls and in conjunction with PermaStop or FlexiBond cement slurries to waterproof reservoirs, etc. |

Admixtures
CemBond
| CemBond contains a special thermoplastic resin with exceptional adhesive qualities. It has been proven over the past 34 years to be a reliable general purpose adhesive for the building industry. |

| A non-toxic latex-based liquid admixture for Portland cement plasters; screeds or concrete. |

Crack Fillers
Interior Crack Filler
| A cellulose crack filler for interior use. Used for filling cracks, gaps round doors, window frames, light switches, knot holes, wood grain, nail holes stc... Adheres to cement plaster, gypsum plaster, fibre cement and timber. |

Exterior Crack Filler
| A very tough waterproof filler based on special thermoplastic resins and fillers. Softens slightly with increase of tempreature, thereby relaxing the tension in the crack. |

Sealers
Colour Hardener Sealer
| A non-yellowing clear, thermoplastic acrylic laquer-based resin which displays excellent UV and moisture resistance. Has very fast solvent release, i.e. drying properties. The sealer greatly enhances the colour and protects the surface from the ingress of dirt and grease. |

Silicone Solvent
| A colourless, low viscosity, penetrating liquid for application to masonary or concrete surfaces. Based on silicones, it is supplied ready for application by brush, roller or spray. Silicone Seal combines the properties of both organic polymers and inorganic silicates like quartz and cures to form durable cross-linked resins. Silicone Seal penetrates the core structure to a depth of about 10mm and alters the masonary/water interfacial tension in this region. Masonary treated in this way can still breathe and moisture can dry out through the surface. |

Concrete Sealer
| A non-yellowing clear polymer emulsion. It provides a tough, durable felxible, clear coating on vertical surfaces of concret, cement plaster and masonary. |

Miscellaneous
Boiler Plaster
| A fibrous insulation plaster with good adhesive properties. Suitable for use indoors and outdoors and does not pose a health risk since it is asbestos free and contains no hazardous materials. The workability enables a smooth, weather-resistant finish which can be painted after the plaster has dried. |

Coloured Mortar Mix
| A coloured masonary mortar mix comprising of white cement, graded sand and certain additives to give high bond strength, waterproof joints and high water retention for workability and plasticity. Good water retention gives improved bond and bleeding characteristics. Also has excellent water absorption qualities. |

Winch Anchor Grout
| A high-speed grout for use underground in mines, bolt-holes or any area where quick setting and high early strength is of utmost importance. Winch Anchor Grout attains a treacle-like consistency when mixed and has self-levelling properties for easy placing. |

Water Repellent Cement
| Water repellent cement for use in place of ordinary Portland cement to overcome capillary absorption of moisture into cement mortar, cement plaster and concrete. |

| A clear ready-to-use liquid which, on being applied to the floor, is absorbed into the concrete pores and reacts with the calcium salts effectively making the concrete surface denser and considerably less porous. |

Floor Levelling Compound
Floor Levelling Compound
| A cement-based mixture having carefully controlled setting, hardening, adhesive and self-levelling qualities. It requires mixing with clean water only before being applied to concrete floors to produce a 2.5mm smooth, ridge-free layer that does not crack and is unaffected by rising damp. The floor covering can be laid when the Floor-levelling Compound is dry, minimum 24 hours. |
