Description
A heavily fibre-reinforced flexible paste which, after being allowed to dry, remains flexible under water.
Purpose
To provide a knifing grade filler for cracks in watercontaining structures.

Applications
Recommended for the filling of swimming pool cracks in the concrete shell which have been hacked out to a V shape, wire brushed and primed. Specifying “The pool to be emptied and all cracks to be hacked open and filled with Cemcrete’s Pool Crack Filler. All in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.” Suitable Surfaces Concrete or gunite pools. Will not adhere to fibreglass or plastic.

Store unopened containers for a maximum of 6 months.
Weather
Do not use when there is a risk of frost for 48 hours and rain for 12 hours.

Surface preparation Remove marble pool plaster 75 mm each side of crack through to concrete. V out crack in the concrete 10 mm deep and 10 mm wide. Wire brush internal surfaces of crack and adjacent exposed concrete.
Mixing Cemcrete Pool Crack Filler is supplied in paste form and requires re-mixing only before use. If the paste appears too stiff, the addition of a little hot water with vigorous stirring might help.
Application Prime using Pool Crack Filler Primer, on cleaned internal surfaces of crack only and when touch dry knife in filler level with surface of concrete shell. Allow filler to air cure for two days. Apply neat white cement slurry to damped, exposed concrete and shoulders of pool plaster and immediately re-apply Cemcrete PoolCrete finishing level with the existing plaster. Fill pool the following day, but keep all patches damp until submerged.
Packaging Supplied in 1 litre and 5 litre plastic drums.
