WHAT IS POOL QUARTZ?
Cemcrete’s Pool Quartz is a high-performance quartz pool finish formulated with selected quartz aggregates, performance-enhancing mineral additives, and UV stable pigments. Supplied as a dry powder blend, Pool Quartz is mixed on site with clean water, and then acid-washed, to produce a durable, textured and aesthetically refined pool surface. Unlike conventional pool finishes, Pool Quartz is specially engineered for use in both permanently submerged and intermittently wet and dry areas. This makes it particularly suitable for beach-entry (zero-entry) pools, steps, ledges, and adjacent pool surrounds where the finish may be exposed above the waterline.
