PPC Botswana’s Building Dreams’ house had a very specific architectural design brief from PPC; it was to create a fully integrated contemporary family space that showcases the versatility of cement and concrete. Cemcrete's cement-based finishes were the ideal finishing solution to provide a unique cement and concrete themed house. The finishes of the PPC Dream House needed to continue the modern design language of the house and these characteristics can be seen resonating throughout the house and even as far as the pool and surrounding area. Sticking to various shades of grey, the obvious choice for the industrial space was PoolCrete Silver Grey.

Bushveld Bound
Matetsi River Lodge offers the unique experience of rich views of wildlife as well as captivating experiences of the Victoria Falls. Situated approximately 40km from the Victoria falls, the exclusive lodge’s 18 rooms and private villa give guests a front row seat to a breath-taking view of the river, as well as to a private 123,500-acre game-filled reserve. Casa Sanchia, the beach house we all wish we had. Raw wood, stone, white walls and muted colour pallet used for the exterior of the home work harmoniously with the intense blue of the surrounding sea, blue sky and forest greens of the succulents. For long summer days of entertaining boozy sunsets, the interior extends beyond the walls onto a large patio area where organic woods and linen cloth lead you toward the stunning rim flow pool. The panoramic sea views can be enjoyed from various points of luxury; within the pool, the built-in seating area, circular wicker chairs or a rope hammock. The beach sand is echoed through the choice of Stone Colour Hardener floors, which naturally enhances the laid back vibe of an ideal coastal vacation haven. Colour Hardener is an ideal floor finish to use throughout the interior, exterior and even right up to the rim of a pool.
